This game was not designed with the traditional notion of "fun" in mind, it is not even meant to be "played" as much as "appreciated".  The game is a homage to the socio-erotic landscape of the early 2000s flash game industry that shaped the minds of many adults today, including the mind of legendary streamer Nyanners, who is included in this game as a reference to Nyanners.

Although subtle, the game also alludes to her twitch milking stream, the disappointment felt when finding out that this game really is as simple as it appears at first is a direct reference to the disappointment felt by the tens of thousands of viewers when they discovered the milking stream would not, in fact, show her real breast being milked.
